HOW TO PREPARE

Please dress in accordance with the respect this holy site deserves. You are permitted to bring objects of religious meaning, including a siddur, holy books or texts, tallit, tefillin, etc. It is recommended to pack water and light snacks as delays are to be expected during the five hour long trip. Light refreshments are sometimes, but not always, available at the kever.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Upon arriving at the meeting point, please check in with our tour coordinator (or bus driver) before boarding. Seating arrangements are first-come, first-serve and are strictly not gender segregated. We will gladly accommodate individuals wishing to sit next to a member of the same gender for religious reasons if the bus is full, but we will not accommodate gender segregated sections on the bus. If you require a frontal seat due to a personal handicap, disability or other medical issue (including pregnancy, motion sickness, etc.), please advise us 24 hours prior to departure and one will be reserved for you. If you have recently tested positive for Corona or are otherwise ill and potentially contagious, please kindly refrain from attending in respect for the other guests. Please note the bus is not wheelchair accessible, but we will do our best to accommodate guests with limited disabilities. If you require special assistance, please respond to your confirmation email and provide us with additional information regarding your needs.

TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATIONS

Once boarded, all guests must remain on the bus until permitted to exit at Hebron. With the exception of a medical or security emergency, the bus will not make any stops and bathroom facilities will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Guests can access bathroom facilities once in Hebron. The Kever Project reserves the right to deny transportation to any individual who appears or acts in a disruptive manner prior to, or during check-in, or to contact police authorities during the trip in order to remove any individual who acts in a disruptive or illegal manner on the bus.

Guests must act in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by the IDF and governing authorities while at the kever. Any guest in violation of the rules or regulations, or who causes a disturbance at the kever, will be banned from registering for future trips.
